This project was a renovation of an existing deck and back yard spa. The Owners wanted a deck that would provide more usable space since the existing deck had several levels that didn't function very well.  The property sloped away from the house which required several steps to get from the interior house elevation to the lower lawn elevation. They are thrilled with the finished project!
